EM and RF Testing and Analysis
Raytheon Ktech integrated modeling and simulation toolsets enable complex analysis of structures and designs using circuit models, mechanical stress and strain models, and electromagnetic codes – all using the same file format. With this integrated system, a circuit design may be virtually tested for electromagnetic compliance prior to fabrication; an antenna design can undergo stress analysis for suitability in 100mph winds, or a mechanical model of a missile may be simulated to determine its radar cross section with no file changes.
In addition to this robust set of modeling tools, Raytheon Ktech has the capability to test real hardware in the real world to compare model results to reality. We are experienced in electromagnetic compatibility, susceptibility, and emissions measurements, shielding effectiveness and transfer impedance measurement, signal intercept, unintended radiated emissions capture, antenna patterning and characterization, and general RF system testing. Our engineering staff has experience in RF communications systems, telemetry, signal generation, and electronic warfare from Ultra Low Frequencies to as high as 40GHz and beyond. In short, if you have an RF problem, we can help.
